Yes, seating is arranged thoughtfully to accommodate comfort while keeping a professional environment.

TPSS is intentionally an in-person experience, designed to create the trust and depth needed for real, candid conversations. Sessions will not be live-streamed or released publicly, and content won’t be made available to non-attendees. We may share select moments and approved highlights for promotional purposes, and participants will receive post-program summaries to support reflection and implementation.

We are continuing to plan the summit as scheduled and are closely monitoring the situation in Türkiye.

The safety of our attendees and speakers is our top priority. If circumstances beyond our control (such as government restrictions, security concerns, or other force majeure events) make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, we will notify all participants promptly.

Refunds due to change of mind are not possible.

If the summit is cancelled due to force majeure – unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organisers’ control such as government restrictions, war, natural disasters, major security risks, or public health emergencies – registration fees will be refunded in full minus a $50 USD administrative fee per person.

If you are unable to attend due to a serious personal emergency, please contact us to discuss your situation. Where possible, any non-booking fees may be refunded
