Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AND
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

  1. The Prophetic Strategy Summit 2026 (TPSS) will begin on Monday, July 13th 2026 at 9:00am and conclude on Saturday, July 18th 2026 at 2:00pm.
  2. We advise that you book your flights to arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST). Please note: Delegates are liable for all flight and transport costs to and from Türkiye, as well as all transfer costs to and from the airport and hotel. TPSS is not liable for any additional travel fees or costs incurred from your destination or upon return to your destination.
  3. We suggest that you arrive in Istanbul on Sunday, July 12th 2026 and depart on Saturday, July 18th 2026, at the conclusion of TPSS. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier or later at your discretion. Please note: Delegates are responsible for any additional accommodation costs incurred if they choose to arrive or depart outside the aforementioned dates. Delegates are required to arrange any additional accommodation dates directly with the hotel.
  4. TPSS is open to all Muslims. We recommend that females attend with a mahram (close kin). A mahram is not required to register for the Summit; however, additional costs for bed and breakfast will be required.
  5. All delegate payments include the following:
  • Nights accommodation (check-in Sunday, July 12th 2026 and check-out Saturday, July 18th 2026) at a 5-star hotel in Türkiye (hotel details will be shared closer to the date)
  • Daily breakfast and dinner
  • Use of the allocated conference facilities
  • Two refreshment breaks each day
  • One tour / learning experience in Türkiye
  • All course notes for the training sessions
  1. Refund requests made 90 days or more before the conference date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration fee. No refunds will be issued for requests made within 30 days of the conference date. Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after approval. Registration transfers to another participant may be allowed upon request, subject to approval.
  2. Force Majeure TPSS shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, modification, or cancellation of the Summit due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, travel restrictions, political instability, venue unavailability, or other unforeseen events.
